Youths for SDGs is an event which aims to empower youth and help them understand the value of UN Sustainable Development Goals. This was my second year at this two-day conference. The first conference was help in Wells International School. I was part of the youth leaders and activity leaders team. There were couple of activities which were spread out throughout the course of the event such as Case challenge, breakout session and SDG quest. I chose goal 8 (Decent work and Economic growth), goal 9 (Innovation and infrastructure), and goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities). My job as youth and activity leader was to host a activity and lead a discussion about those SDGs. The founder of this event Prima (Prim) Pupornchai is an alumni of Wells. This year's theme for the case Challenge was Sustainable Agriculture. We were given a problem and as a team of three we were supposed to come up with a solution to that. Overall, It was a wonderful experience in which I got to meet new people, work with them and learn more about the SDGs.
