Secret Santa was one of the projects I worked on under the Spirits and Events committee. It consisted of having students order Christmas candies for their friends or teachers. The event required a lot of hard work and dedication. Since it included all the students and teachers, there were various factors that had to be thought through to pull this event together. A lot of preparation, making schedules, deciding orders, getting orders, packaging and delivering were involved. This event ran over a couple of weeks. There were a lot of challenges along the way such as including different schedules of different members to help, and the event is conducted in a rush. Immense teamwork was necessary for a large event like this. We were still distributing stuff till the very last day of school, however, all the orders were complete and delivered. The skills involved in this project were leadership, teamwork, and management. With members and leaders working hard collaboratively, the event was a success.
