CAS Learning Outcomes
1. Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
NISCMUN was an international MUN conference that Wells International School participated in. It took place in February 2017. NISC stands for Northbridge International School Cambodia. It was a 3-day conference with delegates from different schools and countries. I was in the DISEC committee. At first, I did feel intimidated because I had to familiarize myself with the topics being discussed. The one strength I say I had was that I did not let my fear of being a first-timer in an international conference hold me back. I gave speeches, asked questions and participated in my full potential. An area of development would be for me to try to understand the work I've been given better so that it becomes easy for me to understand the topics and the purpose of the conference better.
